  1. The administrator of your personal data [Personal Data] is Piotr Regulski conducting business under the name Kancelaria Adwokacka Piotr Regulski [Law Firm].

The Law Firm shall exercise due diligence to ensure that Personal Data is processed in accordance with the law, in particular in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) [RODO].

    1. in order for the Law Firm to provide Legal Aid—in connection with the need to perform the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) RODO) and
    2. for the purpose of using the contact form—on the basis of the consent given (Article 6(1)(a) RODO).
  4. Personal Data may only be transferred in accordance with the law, with all security guarantees, only to duly authorised entities (e.g. entities processing Personal Data to provide technical services related to the website).
  5. The Personal Data will be kept for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes referred to in paragraph 3(1) and (2) above.
  6. To the extent provided by you may request access to the Personal Data, rectification, erasure, portability, or restriction of processing, as well as object to processing. You are also entitled to withdraw your consent to the processing of Personal Data at any time.
  7. If your Personal Data is processed in violation of the RODO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Data Protection Authority (cf. in particular Art. 77 et seq. RODO and art. 60 et seq. Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data).
  8. To the extent not regulated in the Privacy Policy, the General Terms and Conditions of the Law Firm shall apply.
